Mindfulness meditation
Compassion based, person-centred, heart felt mindfulness, meditation and leading with presence sessions for individuals
(young people and adults), groups, teams and families.
Meditation helps us to engage with and strengthen our brains for inner confidence, health and worth encouraging more fulfilling relationships with ourselves and others. It supports the growth of a more authentic and clear understanding bringing more joy into our worlds.
Sessions, workshops and 'sittings' are tailor-made to suit the school, company, community, individual needs and can be 1:1, in small or large groups, teams, families, couples and can be for adults and children. I am flexible in the ways in which we may work together.
Workshops and sessions can be face to face or online and can range from a 6 week course to ongoing sessions to support inner health, wisdom and loving kindness in a more robust and long-lasting way.

There will be no group on 13th, 20th or 27th August.
Cost: A donation for what you feel you have received from the session.
