Hello, I'm Katy

I’m a dramatherapist, clinical supervisor and mindfulness practitioner. I work with children, young people and adults, and with the professionals who support them. My work is creative and relational, sometimes with music, movement or the outdoors, and always at a pace that feels right for you.

How we begin

No pressure, no commitment.  Just three simple steps.

1
A free 30-minute call

A relaxed phone conversation about what’s bringing you here, and whether working together feels right.

2
Agreeing how we'll work

If we go ahead, I’ll send you a simple contract, so you know exactly what to expect, including fees and cancellations.

3
Settling in

Our first few sessions are a chance to get to know each other. Either of us can step back at any point.

What does it cost?

Why a sliding scale? I believe support should be within reach, whatever your circumstances. A sliding scale lets you choose the fee that fits your life right now, and those who can pay a little more help make it possible for others to pay a little less. There’s no need to explain or justify your choice; I trust you to choose what feels right.
